Lauren Foster

Lauren is a passionate clinician dedicated to advocating for and engaging with clients across the
lifespan. Her background includes working with youth in both short-term residential therapeutic
programs and educational settings, as well as supporting adults remotely through case
management and coaching services.

Her areas of expertise include crisis intervention, behavior management, individualized goal
development, and treatment planning. Lauren brings a compassionate, client-centered approach
to every interaction, always aiming to empower those she works with.

Lauren is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Arizona State University,
expected December 2025. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Hawaii and an
MS in Child and Adolescent Development from the University of La Verne. Additionally, she is
certified in CPR and First Aid, Pro-ACT, and CANS.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring national parks,
especially anywhere with tropical views.
