About Us
Sonoma Life Solutions was founded by Brian Jacobs, LCSW to fill the growing need for mental health services in Sonoma County. Brian has been a therapist in semi-rural, western Sonoma County for twenty-plus years. He chose to base his private practice and Sonoma Life Solutions in his home community of Sebastopol. The offices for Sonoma Life Solutions are in a beautifully renovated, 100-plus year old Victorian in the very-walkable downtown.
Sonoma Life Solutions is not a large group practice with an impersonal administrative staff. We are a boutique practice of carefully selected Licensed Clinicians and Associates.
