Harry brings over two decades of dedicated service in law enforcement and victim advocacy to
his role as a Supervised Visit Monitor. With specialized experience in child abuse cases and
domestic violence situations, he understands the complex dynamics that families face during
difficult times. His background includes three years teaching DARE programs in Petaluma
schools, where he developed strong connections with children and demonstrated his commitment
to their safety and well-being.


As a trained law enforcement chaplain and experienced victim advocate, Harry approaches each
supervised visit with compassion, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on child safety. He
recognizes the sensitive nature of high-conflict family situations and maintains strict impartiality
while ensuring that every interaction prioritizes the best interests of the children involved. His
deep understanding of legal system dynamics helps him navigate complex family court
