his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University in 1995, providing him

career working with children and adolescents facing behavioral concerns, he has developed a

visitation. His extensive background has equipped him with the specialized skills necessary to

trainer for over 10 years. This leadership and training experience has honed his ability to manage

training in Proact Now assault management and de-escalation techniques, as well as First Aid
