his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University in 1995, providing him
with a strong foundation in human behavior and development. Throughout his distinguished
career working with children and adolescents facing behavioral concerns, he has developed a
deep understanding of complex family dynamics and the sensitive nature of court-ordered
visitation. His extensive background has equipped him with the specialized skills necessary to
create safe, supportive environments where families can reconnect and rebuild meaningful
relationships.

Charles's commitment to excellence is evident in his professional growth, having been promoted to house manager during his tenure in residential care services and serving as a staff development
trainer for over 10 years. This leadership and training experience has honed his ability to manage
challenging situations with patience and professionalism while maintaining focus on the best
interests of the children and families he serves. His comprehensive skill set includes specialized
training in Proact Now assault management and de-escalation techniques, as well as First Aid
certification, ensuring he is prepared to handle any situation that may arise during supervised
visits. His trauma-informed approach ensures that each supervised visit is conducted with
